RAI COOLING TOWER started in the year of 1995 to Manufacture FRP Cooling Towers in Square shape with much superiority in several ways over the conventional primitive Cooling Towers. Till Date RAI COOLING TOWER has successfully installed & commissioned more than 6500 numbers of Cooling Towers all M.P / CG / Raj. for cooling applications in various fields such as Hotels, Malls, Telephone Exchanges, Banks, Hospitals, Theaters, Textile Mills, Steel Plants, Chemical Plants, Fertilizer Plants, Power Plants and various Process Industries.
With a fully equipped manufacturing unit at DEWAS managed by highly qualified and experienced managerial & technical staff, the company is self - sufficient in manufacturing 400 / 500 numbers of Cooling Towers annually. It is a fact that ours is a cent percent in - house manufacturing unit.

Our Towers are uniquely blend to all tropical conditions & are suitable to operate under worst design conditions. The selection and Thermal design of the above Cooling Towers are done with at most precision and accuracy to achieve the desired conditions. We offer a wide range of cooling towers with capacity ranging from 5 m 3 / hr to 10,000 m 3 / hr. The basis design offered is in counter flow induced draft type in Square shape with distinct advantage of operational ease and flexibility of adding no. of cells to enhance the capacity. Use of energy efficient Honey comb PVC fills with water distribution nozzles of low pressure drop gives technical superiority in addition to the attractive looks of FRP panels.
The compact design provides inherent easy access and avoids splashing & wastage of scarce water with efficient PVC drift eliminators of double pass and unique water distribution. The fan and the drive are mounted on the top of the tower with contoured FRP fan deck and fan stack. The low operation at low noise level & eliminates the traditional gear box and belt drives - a cause of maintenance hazard.
